You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Engage in any discriminatory hiring practices
• Solicit candidates outside the agreed recruitment process to circumvent fees

6. Fees and Payment (Employers)

Recruitment service fees are agreed upon separately in a written engagement agreement. We offer contingency and retained search models. Specific terms, payment schedules, and replacement guarantees are outlined in the engagement contract.

Candidates are never charged for our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of People Lane Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Placement

While we strive to match the best candidates with employers, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, placements, or hiring decisions. Hiring decisions remain solely with the employer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of candidate or employer information. We are not responsible for the actions, performance, or character of any candidate or employer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, People Lane Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold People Lane Consulting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly in cases of Terms violations or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
